Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: posting jobs, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Conduct candidate assessments, salary discussions, and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and support payroll activities.
  • Assist in designing and executing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, supporting their queries and resolving issues.

 

Salary package : 4 – 5 LPA

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (English – spoken & written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office & MS Excel.
