General Summary:

Hiring for Internship opportunities in Administration & Operations, TA, HR, Finance and Project Management. You’ll gain:

Duration: 6 months

Roles & Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR)

  • Assist with onboarding and employee engagement activities
  • Support in maintaining HR databases and records
  • Contribute to policy documentation, internal communications, and learning & development initiatives

Talent Acquisition (TA)

  • Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and track application statuses
  • Help build employer branding campaigns and candidate experience initiatives

Finance

  • Support day-to-day finance operations, including reconciliations and data entry
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Gain exposure to compliance, invoicing, and accounting tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, SAP)

Administration

  • Support office and facilities management, vendor coordination, and documentation
  • Help organize internal meetings, logistics, and travel coordination (if applicable)
  • Maintain inventories and assist with events or visitor planning

Project Management

  • Working alongside projects leads to track progress on active initiatives
  • Assist with meeting documentation, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication
  • Help manage project dashboards, Gantt charts, or task tracking systems (e.g., Trello, Jira, Asana)

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Management, HR, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working with MS Office / Google Workspace and collaborative tools
  • Available for a minimum of [6 months]
