As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues to ensure seamless operations.
Responsibilities:
– Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
– Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
– Provide timely resolution to software-related issues.
