Job description :
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via chat for international customers.
- Troubleshoot customer queries and requests.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions for review and follow-up
- Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries
- Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
- Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company
- Candidates should be willing to work in Night/Rotational Shifts.
Education/Experience:
- Only Freshers for International Chat Process.
- Minimum of two years college education
- Able to read, write and speak the English language proficiently to communicate with customers, comprehend and follow instructions
- Must have Excellent Communication skills in English grammar & Typing Speed of 40 WPM with 90% Accuracy.
